Last years winners of the Gatwick Diamond region, JubyLee Bakes – a group of six inspirational young entrepreneurs with the tag line ‘special bakes made by special people’ – have recently obtained kitchens in Horsham, started selling their cakes to a very well-known airline and hotel chain aswell as speaking and exhibiting at various trade fairs and business events. They enjoyed the guidance, encourage and support that the Young Start-up Talent initiative has provided them with. Simon Tomlinson, one of the JubyLee Bakes team, commented, “the judges, sponsors and YST team have all been extremely helpful, it was such an exciting process”.
